Dr Ungar is available to review charts and make determination of PPI ratings using the AMA guidelines (5th and 6th editions).

He is also available to examine patients for IME purposes for determining PPI ratings and Functional Capacity Examinations (FCE).

Dr Ungar has assisted patients in gathering sufficient medical documentation following Personal Injury to determine future medical expenses and current disability.

Dr Ungar provides Nurse Case managers as well as Human Resource Managers evaluations of work related injuries specifically in patients who have exhausted other medical, orthopedic and physical therapy options, yet still remain unable to perform usual work activities.
